Do I need my own ad account?

Yes. Your ads run in your own OpenAI ad account and OpenAI charges your card for the ad spend. Our $1,000 a month is for the work only. No ad account yet? Your dashboard shows you how to open one. OpenAI reviews new accounts, which can take a day or two.

How much should I spend on ads?

That is up to you, and you can change it any time. We suggest a starting budget in your brief that suits your goal, and you approve it before anything runs.

What access do you need?

An Advertiser API key from your OpenAI ad account. You paste it into your dashboard, we check it with OpenAI and keep it encrypted. Delete the key in OpenAI Ads Manager whenever you like and our access ends.

Where do the ads appear?

In ChatGPT, as a clearly labelled sponsored card next to an answer, when someone asks about the kind of thing you sell. OpenAI decides when an ad fits the conversation.

Can I send people to my own website?

Yes. Give us the address and we send you a small tracking code to add, so we can see which ads bring people who act. Or we build a page for you and you skip that step.

What does my ad on your sites mean?

Alongside ChatGPT, the same ad runs on our own network of niche sites, at no extra cost. You can see how it is doing under Ads on our sites.

Can you promise results?

Nobody honest can promise what an ad will bring. We promise the work: a clear offer, good ads, a page built to convert, and daily attention to what the numbers say.

Can I stop?
